These terms and conditions govern your use of the Printing Press Riyadh website and the services described on it. By requesting a quotation or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Quotations are provided free of charge and remain valid for the period stated. A binding order is formed once both parties agree to the quotation and the order is confirmed. Changes to an order may affect price and delivery time.
You are responsible for ensuring that artwork you supply is complete, accurate pitcher, and that you have the rights to use any content you provide, including logos, images, and trademarks. Production is not guaranteed until final art is approved.
Prices are as stated in the quotation. Payment terms are agreed at the time of ordering. Orders may be delayed or withheld if payment terms are not met.
Every reasonable effort is made to meet agreed timelines.slight variations in colour and finish are normal and do not constitute grounds for rejection. Delivery dates are estimates unless otherwise agreed.
Where installation is part of the project, it is performed safely and in accordance with the agreed scope. Site access, permissions, and the condition of the mounting surface are the responsibility of the client.
Printing Press Riyadh is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability in relation to any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh.
